The hotel's staff is always smiling and welcoming, and they even prepared a small celebration for our special occasion. The spacious room had many amenities, including good toiletries and a big comfortable bath. The breakfast has many options, including vegetarian ones and great coffee. the swimming pool was enjoyable.

While some staff were friendly, not all of them were exceptional in their attitude.

The room layout was great, rooms were quiet, tidy, comfortable, and clean. Swimming pool and gym were ample and modern. Customer service was superb, especially the helpful morning concierge. Breakfast selection was good, especially the delicious pork gua bao. Parking and check-in were easy.

The hotel facilities were great with spacious common areas, a stunning view from our balcony, and a lovely swimming pool which we really enjoyed. We also appreciated the big parking space and the excellent breakfast with lots of variety to choose from.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was impressed with the luxurious amenities it had to offer. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all fabulous, and I especially enjoyed the massage and steam room. The heated swimming pool was also a highlight, and the sun loungers were so comfortable. The public bath was also a wonderful addition, and I was impressed by the exclusive room advantages, such as the high-quality toiletries and luxurious bath robes. The restaurant was fantastic, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax in the evening. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

There was only one minor issue that I experienced during my stay at this hotel, and that was the TV not having children's channels. However, this was a very small issue, and it did not affect my overall experience at the hotel.
